The game of illegal occupation started in 2015

The reason for illegal occupation of land is a mistake of the administration. It is said that 35 years ago, Jokihat Zone Office of Araria district had declared 18 acres 79 decimal land of landlord Bhup Narayan Yadav as red card to about 100 Mahadalit families without any investigation. When landlord Bhup Narayan Yadav came to know about this, he fought against the administration in the court. And he also won. After that, in 2015, the Zone Administration called the Mahadalit families and first explained to everyone and then cancelled the red card. Even after the cancellation of the red card, the people of the Mahadalit family did not agree. From there, mastermind Virendra Rishi came forward and the game of illegal occupation of land started from 2015.

All red cards were cancelled by publishing a gazette

Land owner Bhupnarayan Yadav said that in Khata 340 Khasra 219, total area of 18 acres 79 decimal land is their Khatian land. About 35 years ago, about 100 Mahadalit families were given red cards of the same land. When they came to know about this, they filed a case in the court against making the cards. In 2002 itself, the court heard the case and gave the verdict in their favor. In this case, the court published a gazette and canceled all the red cards. After this, in the year 2015, the Zonal Office called both the parties with the documents regarding the land. They also went to the Zonal Office and got the entire document reviewed. After this, the Mahadalits were told by the Zonal Office that their red cards have been canceled. Even after this, people of the Mahadalit community keep trying to occupy their land.
